At GLITCH™, every product is printed on demand and made specially for you. We strive to deliver the highest quality products.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We offer replacements if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The print quality is defective.
• The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Minor color variations due to screen settings.
• Normal wear and tear.

Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Full Name
• Product Name
• Clear photos of the issue
• Reason 
• If Refund Approved then the details for it.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the provided details within 2-4 business days.
